BIZCOMPS®
Studies can help.
They are based on Small Business Transaction sale data contained in
two data bases - Western and Eastern. They are updated annually
with each containing sale data over the last ten years. The studies
currently contain 4,000 to 4,800 transactions in each study. In addition,
there is a National Industrial edition that contains data only on Manufacturing,
Wholesale/Distribution and Business to Business Service Businesses.
This study has 1,250 of these unique businesses with sales prices averaging
over $1,000,000.
The entire BIZCOMPS®
data base is also available on disk. BIZCOMPS® ON DISK currently
has over 12,000 transactions and is accessed by a stand alone program
developed by ValuSource. The program updates with new data two times per year.
